Our boss knows this best. Ewelina Panfiluk is a graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris, which she completed with honours. She is the first and so far the only Polish woman to become a member of the prestigious French Culinary Academy, which proves her international recognition in the world of gastronomy.
She completed a sommelier course at the Ecole Francaise.
Her career includes experience gained in renowned restaurants in France, in establishments awarded Michelin stars.
